Important Information for Home Banking Users
As credit unions increasingly offer a variety of Internet banking services, the number of members using the services has increased also. In this day of fraud and identity theft, the credit union needs to become more diligent to safeguard our members information. On of the effective security measurers used to lessen the risk is an authentication system. Authentication is the process of verifying a member's identity. In other words, it is and Extended Security level to ensure that you are who you say you are.
The credit union expects to have this "Authentication" in place in the early part of June. After that, when you sign in with your valid account number and password, you will be brought to the security screen where you will be asked to answer a few questions. Once completed, you will need to sign back in.
